Microsoft wish that Windows 7 will be success businesslike that able to stops Vista upgrade version, which has some problems at the early launching because it did not work well with many programs and other device.
Microsoft also accepts critic from customer when they advertised Vista capable that approved did not work well and too weak to operate interface and other feature from Vista. The customer who wants to upgrade Windows XP found graphic card and other component did not work well.
This new system has already setting in order to work smoother because it is using technology that builds Vista, which is mean software and hardware has 2 years in order to eligible that more demanding.
