Here is how to do it. First, click “Start > All Programs > Windows Media Center”. Then, drag to Task menu and choose “settings”. Click menu of “General > Parental Controls”. Then you need to determine Parental Control PIN twice.

The next thing you should do is to click DVD Ratings menu and give check before the option of “Turn on movie blocking”. In “Maximum allowed movie rating” menu, you can choose the allowed movies. Then, save the change by clicking Save. That is all and you can leave your children watching movie at home without you.
