How to Arrange E-mails Based on Their Requirements – Emails are usually displayed or sorted by date . So, e-mails will be arranged from most recent to old. However, we need to sort your e-mail based on sender or the urgency sometimes. SO, how can we do it?
Well, you can check out this tips below to arrange emails based on their requirements. First, start Outlook 2010 via the “Start> All Programs> Microsoft Office> Microsoft Outlook 2010″.
Second, click the tab “View”, and then watch Arrangement. In the box to the left there is an option Date, From, To, Categories, Flag: Start Date, Flag: Due Date, Size, Subject, Type, Attachment, Accounts, and Importance. Then, choose according to your desired format. If you want your e-mails organized by date, select Date; if you want it based on destination, select the To; if you want based on the urgency, select Importance; and so on.
