Giant Botnet Computer was found in Ukraine – Finjan, the computer security solution company, found the giant botnet computer in Ukraine. This computer had been governed by a group of cyber criminal and has been infected over 1.9 million computers.
Botnet is the term for ghost computer that has task to spread malware and trash email to the zombie computers that they control.
Actually, Botnet had been used since February and gangster who consists of the six of Ukraine peoples controlled it. They controlled the computer engine that based on Windows XP to copy files, record keyboard typing, sent spam, and take a picture of computer monitor.
Ophir Shalitin, FInjan marketing director, said that gang has been piercing 77 domains that belong to United Stated government other government around US. Almost half amount of the computer in USA infected by them, which is 80% of them are using Internet Explorer and the rest are using Firefox.
Shalitin said that gangster is had been get the money over than US$190 thousand per day. That is not all. They are also planted Trojan that can only detected by 4 from 39 antivirus. This Trojan installs the dangerous program, which is will tied communication with other computer, injects code into the process, sites visiting, and the entire activities that user doing.
