I have goods news for you who want to buy MacBook Air laptop.  Apple is cutting the price of the super thin laptop. The cut is estimated as big as USD 500.

According to the Techweb, Friday (4/7/2008), this price depreciation is the effect of the price down of several components in MacBook Air such as processor Intel Core 2 duo 1.8-GHz that go down price as big as USD 100 and solid-state drive capacity 64 GB as big as USD 400.

For the deluxe model, now MacBook Air put in USD 2.598 from USD 3.098. While for the basic model with a processor 1.6-GHz is keep in price USD 1.799.

More or less this matter is believed to influence by the go down of the components price which at first was on USD 300 become USD 200 for processor, and the solid-state drive from USD 999 become USD 599.

This MacBook Air which was released in January has 13,3 inch display and full-size keyboard. It is present with the weight of 1, 5 kg and has frontage thickness in 0, 16 inch. Unfortunately, this super thin laptop nullifies the optical drive.
