The BitLocker Drive Encryption can be more optimized if your PC has chip Trusted Platform Module. This Trusted Platform Module is being used to make cryptography key, encrypting it and describing it. Also, you will have to prepare the special partition with 450MB capacity to use the BitLocker.

Every time the PC is turned on, before get into the windows, the Windows Vista will validate the boot file, operating system file, and the encrypted drive with the BitLocker Drive Encryption. 1. Click [Start] > [Control Panel] to open windows control panel

5. Choose kinds of software you are going to use to protect the computer and follow the steps on the screen.

6. After you had followed the steps your hard disk will automatically encrypted.
