1. run the Registry Editor.
2. In windows Registry Editor get into subkey : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-SYSTEM-CurrentControlSet-Control-Keyboard Layout.
3. right click in the right side of windows then choose [New] > [Binary Value].
4. give name Scancode Map then fill in the data value with 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 [...]
