LG Note Book LCD Economize Up To 75 Percent Without Backlight – LG display announces the 14.1 inches LCD panel presentation in the end of last December ago. The notebook that presses only one button that is able to move from transmission mode into transflective mode when it use in outdoors and exposed to the sunshine.

It is different with the back light, a transflective design will reflect the ambient light for illumination LCD panel from inside. Therefore, according to LG statements, if the backlight switches off, the power that consume by notebook will decreases up to 75 percent. It means that will economize the battery resistance when you use it in outdoors.

Previously, Toshiba manufacturing sales the Portege R500 ultra portable note book that adopts the transflective display and outdoors Display Switch which is able to switch off the LED display.
