Canon Legria HF21 is similar to its predecessor, HF20. The different is the capacity of internal memory, which is 64GB for now. If it is translated into video duration, it is equivalent to 24 hours and 38 minutes if we choose the lowest quality (LP 5Mbps), or 5 hours and 57 minutes at highest quality (MXP – high quality 24Mbps).
In order to record images, you can insert the SD / SDHC memory card into the slot on the inner panel. However, if you are reluctant to buy a memory card, you could also use the internal memory for videos and photos. But, you can not manage the memory allocation for each activity, videos and images recording.
