HTC launch Smartphone HTC Snap—HTC has released newest QWERTY smartphone, which is based on Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard, called HTC Snap. Through this cell phone, HTC presented Inner Circle, the feature that make HTC Snap able to sort important email directly into the top side in inbox.
HTC Snap is only 12mm with 2.4 inches QVGA screen and 2MP camera, which is being complete with QWERTY keyboard with domed keys and trackball for menu navigation.
HTC Snap operated with 528 MHz CPU Qualcomm MSM 7225 and 192MB RAM. For connectivity, HTC Snap is supported by quad-band GSM and dual-band UMTS with HSDPA.
HTC Snap provides two versions for 3G networking. The first version is EMEA that operated in 900/2100 MHz frequency and the second is the version for US in 850/1900 MHz (HTC S271).
That is not all. HTC Snap has others features such as the support of A-GPS, Wi-Fi, slot card microSD, and Bluetooth v2.0.
HTC Snap will be launched on the second quarter in 2009, and will start release at UK and US (HTC S271 version). HTC will announce specification and price officially soon.
